Directions
The Strother Lab resides in the Kimel Family Building, formally known as the Brain Health Complex. This building is a part of the Rotman Research Institute.
Travelling by Car
If coming North on Bathurst, turn left at Baycrest avenue and turn into the Khedive entrance (first right after the ambulance entrance - see map). The researcher who contacted you will be waiting with a parking pass for you.
Travelling by TTC
Take the TTC to Bathurst Station and catch the number 7 bus North until you get to Baycrest (right after Melrose Avenue).
Getting to the Rotman Research Institute

Take the TTC to Bathurst Station and catch the number 7 bus North until you get to Baycrest (right after Melrose Avenue).
Getting to the Rotman Research Institute
- After you cross the street and enter the Bathurst side entrance
- You will notice a security terminal and vendor on your right - walk past them and turn right
- You will find yourself in an atrium with a piano at the end
- Walk through the atrium and through the corridor at the end (the sign above it will read Family Kimel Building)
- After exiting the corridor, turn left and take one of the three elevators to the 8th floor.
- On the 8th floor is the reception area (immediately as you step off the elevator) with a telephone - please use it to dial the extension of the researcher who contacted you; they will be down to meet you shortly.
